Return and Refund Policy
At Clara Lune, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return.
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please email our support team at support@claralune.com and include your order number.
Our team will review your request and send you the return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns must be approved before being shipped.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your item is defective
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays or shipping delays once the return has been sent.
For bundle orders, all items must be returned together. We cannot accept returns for individual items that were purchased as part of a bundle.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or use.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning your original item first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived at our returns facility, it will be inspected within 2–4 business days.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
